Puzzle 1: Agent X's cipher

Someone shifted every letter 3 places forward in the alphabet to hide a name. To decode it, move each letter 3 places backward. What name is hidden in OXMDLQ?

Who hid the envelope?

Use the three reports. The envelope was last seen at 9:15 PM. The corridor camera shows nobody entered or left between 9:00 and 9:30. A blue wool fibre was caught on the torn envelope seal. Which suspect's clothing matches the trace?

A message meant for you

The last lock uses the same alphabet code as before, but this time the numbers are not encrypted. Convert them using A=1, B=2, C=3… to find the six-letter password: 1 – 7 – 5 – 14 – 20 – 24
